It would be great if the user interface and any reports could be configured for our local timezone. UTC if fine for tech staff, but it confuses our customers.

Hey there Jeremy!
We are planning on doing an account level timezone setting to make this easier.
In the mean time, most charts do support different timezone settings individually.
