It would be helpful if we could receive notifications in real-time whenever BitNinja quarantines a malicious file.

I'm happy to say that you can do this, by utilizing our built in feature found here: doc.bitninja.io/docs/modules/malware-detection/#post-detection-post-quarantine-and-post-honeypotify-scripts
You can call any webhooks with this approach, and hence receive notifications at any time. :)
